MOMA

Raining again this morning when we woke. Luckily the weather lifted and I went for a long walk up 5th Avenue and through Central Park. We then went to the MOMA - Museum of modern art nearby. It was very busy with an entrance line just after opening time at 10.30. We bypassed the line as I had been given an entrance ticket when I bought some things at the MOMA store the day before. Andy managed to wangle a way past the waiting lines with my ticket. We loved the exhibits - there was an impressive amount of Picasso's work - but it was very crowded and became more so as the day wore on. Interestingly they were letting people take photos.
After that we went to our lunch place - Le Pain and then went dontown to Greenwich Village. We hunted down a cake shop in Bleeker Street called Magnolias. It was packed. Andy had a cupcake but was not overly impressed.
I diverted into Juicy Couture and bumped into a woman from Perth, friends of the Dawes - amazing.
