Friday 8 July 2011 - Dalhousie Springs

This is a 'mound' with heated artesian water emerging into a huge pool. We arrived at the springs at about 10 and I went straight in. I was the only person in the spring. It must be about 100m long and 15m wide. The water is a constant 37 degrees. It was fantastic. Eventually Andy joined me. After our skin had become all wrinkly we went back to the van and headed off to Blood Creek for lunch.
